We do not accept returns for products once the order has been successfully delivered.
All purchases are considered final.

We do not provide exchanges for products purchased through our Website.
Customers are advised to carefully review the product details, quantity, and other information before placing an order.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only for verified duplicate transactions.
A duplicate transaction occurs when the customer is charged more than once for the same order due to a payment or technical error.
Only the additional/duplicate payment will be eligible for a refund after verification.
4. Duplicate Transaction Refund Process
Customers requesting a refund for a duplicate transaction must contact us with:
- Order ID.
- Customer name.
- Registered mobile number or email address.
- Transaction ID/details.
- Proof of duplicate payment, if required.
Once the duplicate transaction is verified and approved, the eligible refund will be credited within 5–7 business days.
The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution.
5. No Refund for Other Reasons
Except for verified duplicate transactions, no refunds will be provided, including for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product selection.
- Customer dissatisfaction.
- Personal preferences.
- Delayed delivery.
- Customer unavailability.
- Failure to accept delivery.
- Any other reason not specifically covered under the duplicate transaction provision.
